Silke developed an immunity disorder in her blood at the age of one and a half and underwent a bone marrow transplant when she was 3 years old.
Because of that disease, many of the hair follicles are little to undeveloped and so she has had extremely thin hair throughout her childhood.
Dreaming of a full head of hair and more than tired of the comments, she and her mom stepped up to Ingrid. A great new start for this young rider!
